Kauai
Lagoons Golf Club
Nawiliwili, Kauai
Overlooking the gateway to the island of Kauai, Kauai Lagoons is a lush, 750-acre
resort carefully secluded in the southwest corner of the island. Its lush fairways
and rolling greens exude a romantic tropical ambiance with hints of European grandeur.
Golf Magazine has awarded this course with their Gold Medal Award for being
"One of the four finest courses in the country". Built in the late 1980s,
it rewards players who can hit the ball high in order to carry the assorted drainage
creeks, ravines and beautiful lagoons that one encounters along the way, as well
as reach the couple of island greens that finish this challenging course. Each
hole on the Kiele has a unique affiliation with an animal or mystical being —
such as the Happy Buddha, Camel, Elephant, Hippo, Swan, Alligator and Dragon —
and is marked at the tee box by a white marble statue set upon a three-ton granite
base. The 18th hole features — what else? — The Golden Bear. Don't forget your
camera, this course is spectacular

The Dunes of Maui Lani Golf Course
Kahului,
Maui
The
Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Course is designed much like the courses built centuries
ago in the British Isles, as its holes take full advantage of Maui's natural,
sloping island dune terrain. It was designed by Nelson & Haworth and that's
why creativity, finesse, strategy, and good shot making are all part of the Dunes
experience. In addition to good golf, The Dunes has the only lit range with grass
tees in central Maui, and is home to the newly opened Dunes Restaurant; all very
conveniently located in central Maui. The Dunes is as much a challenge for the
professional golfer, as it is for the novice as it features massive elevation
changes, huge sand dunes, a kiawe tree forest, revetment bunkers and sweeping
views of the west Maui mountains and Haleakala.

of a Pacific inlet and the green on the other. This layout offers some of Maui's
most spectacular views and has received a bevy of prestigious accolades, Kapalua
is considered by many as the "golf mecca of the Pacific." The Bay, The
Village and The Plantation have all have been named among Hawai'i's top seven

Kona
Country Club ~ Mountain Course
Kona, Hawaii
The
Kona Country Club at Keauhou Bay is one of Hawaii's original golf resorts and
offers numerous golfing experiences. Golfers find themselves playing over lava
tube blow holes, look over onto the Pacific Ocean or admire ancient Hawaiian archeological
sites. The fairways are concurrent to the ocean, and everything, including most
greens, break toward the ocean. The 7th hole, the number-one handicap 420-yard
par four, is a favorite hole. This hole features an elevated tee shot to a narrow
landing area, and two right fairway bunkers and impinging lava. To make this tee
shot successful; a gentle "right-to-left" shot should give you an advantage
over the approaching sloping fairway. The approach is 130 yards from the right
center of the fairway to a double-tiered mid-sized green, which is protected by
a lake as well as a bunker at the back. This golf course also hosts the LPGA
tour event, Takefuji Classic with past winners such as Karrie Webb
and Lori Kane.

Bajamar Golf
Resort - Post Cruise Excursion Opportunity
Ensenada,
Mexico
This beautiful seaside course has holes reminiscent of Pebble Beach. With great
views and spectacular holes at every turn, this course is a must play for the
traveling golfer. The 18 original holes at Bajamar, now the Lagos and Vista nines,
were designed by Percy Clifford in 1976. In the early 1990s the course underwent
a redesign, mostly to the tees and greens and a new irrigation system was installed.
The Oceano nine, designed by Robert Von Hagge, opened in June 1996. Bajamar offers
