by tender to the dock in Belize. After a brief transfer to the local airport,
you depart via Maya Island Airlines for your brief and scenic 10-minute flight

coast of Belize. Caye (pronounced key) Chapel Golf Resort offers a picturesque
setting with extraordinary views of the Caribbean Sea and barrier reef. The unpredictable
trade winds come into play from every tee resulting in an island adventure to
test your abilities, patience and perseverance. Challenges abound with four par
5 holes, averaging distances of 560 yards from the tips, a multitude of cat tailed
lined lakes, native birds and those tricky trade winds. This spectacularly scenic

The southern most golf course in the continental United States, this course encompasses
over 200 acres of beautiful Florida Keys foliage and wildlife. Golf legend Rees
Jones masterfully designed this layout with stately palms, dense mangroves,
serene lakes, and rolling fairways. Their signature hole, "The Mangrove Hole"
plays only 143 yards over a field of thickly intertwined tropical mangroves but
can be intimidating with the swirling tradewinds. 
This is Cozumel's first and only World Class Championship 18 hole golf course.
It was created by the Nicklaus design team and incorporates the natural habitats
of the island in its design and construction. This course is built around Cozumel's
native trees, red mangroves, and natural wetlands in order to preserve ecologically
sensitive areas. There are only three areas on the golf course where golfers playing
another hole are visible, allowing the golfers to enjoy the peace and quiet of
the natural surroundings. We feel it is a wonderful playfor the vacationing golfer!
Playa's beautiful championship layout is carved out of the lush Mayan jungle.
It is well bunkered with many tight holes and doglegs and meanders between hilly
and flat terrain. Be prepared, this course plays long with many interesting and
challenging holes. The course was designed by renowned American architect, Robert
Von Hagge and uses large depressions around the golf course as a special design
feature. In addition to Playacar's infamous iguanas sunning themselves around
the course, it is also a bird watcher's paradise.
