OVERVIEW: These positions call for very independent individuals who have the capacity and patience to teach at ALL levels and the ability to interact in social situations with the Cruise Line guests, staff and port personnel. Onboard Golf Professional candidates must also possess the motivation and business skills to operate our on-board operation in its entirety, from self-promotion to instruction, coordinating shore excursions and onboard retail. |

TRAINING PROGRAM: All qualified professionals sail on a 3-7 day training cruise with an existing Elite Golf Professional. Each Golf Professional Trainee will receive instruction on the operation of the advanced teaching technology and all mandatory reporting requirements. All professionals will attend a 2 day training program in the Elite Golf Fort Lauderdale corporate office. |

ON-BOARD PERKS: In addition to the exciting travel, golf and revenue opportunities, each of our golf professionals will be given his/her own staff cabin with "limited passenger status", three meals a day in the staff mess or passenger eateries and any necessary emergency medical treatment. Elite Golf logo uniform shirts and hats will be supplied at cost for use during all business hours and shore excursions activities. There are virtually no onboard expenses except gratuities, bar and personal shopping. |

PROCEDURES: The golf professional is wholly responsible for maximizing his/her teaching schedule to accommodate passenger requests. There is a permanent teaching cage onboard, which is shaded and lit for evening play. The golf professional shall organize and accompany passengers to and from the contracted golf course on port excursion days and be prepared to play golf with the clients regardless of their level of skill. The more passengers encouraged to attend, the more opportunity for additional revenue via rentals, product sales and gratuities. |

COMPENSATION INCENTIVE PLAN: The current range of compensation is potentially unlimited. Between onboard sales, commissions and onboard gratuities, vessels are currently averaging between $250.00 and $500.00 per week, with higher end vessels reserved for our veteran Onboard Golf Professionals earning between $800.00 and $1000.00+ per week. Please note this is an average and not a guarantee. It is based on the individual's motivation, energy and attitude. Gratuities earned throughout the week are paid to the golf professional in cash after each sailing. Commission checks are distributed on the 1st and 15th of each month and are calculated according to your onboard sales efforts. Commission checks may be direct deposited to a U.S. checking account. For foreign citizens, a "Direct Deposit Payroll Only" account may be set up for your convenience. |

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
*Upon completion and certification from your Onboard Training Program, all golf professionals will be assigned their own dedicated vessel, if available. Golf professionals will also have the ability to join another current onboard golf professional to serve as Assistant Pro.
