This is the islands' only 18-hole Championship Golf Course! A visit to the North Sound Club is a must for any vacationing golfer, whether a seasoned enthusiast or an ambitious novice. With its sun-drenched greens set against the stunning blues of the crystal clear North Sound and the Caribbean sky, the course design takes advantage of the prevailing ocean breeze and the abundance of water and sand. Conveniently located just off West Bay Road and opposite fabled Seven Mile Beach, the island course offers challenging play and panoramic views of the North Sound. Adorned with native foliage including mahogany, coconut palms and silver thatch, the Club is also home to several species of native birds and it is not uncommon to share the fairway and greens with sunbathing iguanas of all sizes.

More than anything else, this is one course that is so unique; you'll want to play it just to say you've been there. With its dramatic elevation changes, hairpin turns, swirling mountain winds, and panoramic views of the Caribbean (16 of 18 holes have sea views), the Robert Von Hagge-designed Witch is a delight, so long as you aren't intimidated by the course's layout and quirks. The White Witch offers five sets of tees on every hole so it can appeal to all levels of golfers. Therefore, pick the tees that suit your game! Aside from the golf, the Witch's "concierge" program helps to make the course both more playable and enjoyable. Concierges are essentially caddies who accompany cart-riding players to cite distance - to the yard - read putts, clean clubs, and run up and down fairways in search of hooks, shanks, and slices. The service of the caddies and the rest of the course staff are nothing less than what would be expected from Ritz-Carlton. Caddy fees are approximately $20.00 per person.

It was created by the Nicklaus design team and incorporates the natural habitats of the island in its design and construction. This course is built around Cozumel 's native trees, red mangroves, and natural wetlands in order to preserve ecologically sensitive areas. There are only three areas on the golf course where golfers playing another hole are visible, allowing the golfers to enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural surroundings.
